Mild + fresh taste. 1 kg bag.

In beekeeping, a special device, a so-called pollen trap, can be attached to the entrance (entrance hole) of a beehive. This is essentially a grid through which the returning flying bees have to squeeze, thereby losing their "pollen slip" (stripping). The pollen clumps fall into a collection tray, which is usually emptied twice a day. Afterwards, the bee pollen obtained in this way must be immediately cleaned (foreign objects are removed) and dried. Like bee bread, which also consists mainly of pollen, pollen is edible.

  • Pollen was already consumed in ancient times. The so-called "gold of the bees" contains a large number of natural substances.

Thanks to its valuable ingredients, pollen is the most natural and at the same time the most ideal nutritional supplement – at any time and in every phase of life.

    The pollen tastes sweet.

Especially when eaten with food such as fruit salad or muesli, the epicurean finds the food a real treat for the palate. In addition, bee pollen is ideal for sweetening tea or fruit juices in a healthy way.

However, you can only fully enjoy its power if you salivate the pollen enough and chew on it for a very long time.

Soak the pollen in honey, yoghurt, milk or orange juice for at least an hour before consumption. This will allow the active ingredients inside to be optimally released.

Pollen has a real nutritional effect when eating larger meals, because it helps the body to process the food better. However, to ensure that the pollen does not lose its effect, care must be taken that it never overheats.
