Apifonda sugar dough is a pasty bee food consisting mainly of sucrose. It contains microfine crystals with a diameter of less than 1/100th of a millimeter. Each individual crystal is coated with a thin syrup film of dissolved sugars, which prevents the crystals from growing together and forming a crust. This allows Apifonda to be easily removed by the bees and taken directly through the throat.
Dimensions: 28 x 18.5 x 3.6 cm
